Kcell and Visa launched a joint promotion for activ customers – Cashback with Visa QR

The activ customers will be able to get up to 25% cashback on public transport rides in Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Aktobe and Kyzylorda.

How to get a cashback?

- Scan the Visa QR code through the My activ app from the sticker inside the bus

- Wait for a SMS containing your e-ticket and cashback will be credited to your cell phone account!

Before making a payment, eligible customers need to make sure they have sufficient account balance to pay the purchase price. This payment method is only available to prepaid customers.

Cashback conditions:

- Cashback is only provided on four trips per day (Visa QR payments) in public transport per one mobile number.

- Maximum cashback amount per payment is limited to 500 tenge.

- Maximum amount of cashback per month per mobile number is limited to 10 000 tenge.

How do I get a discount on travel?

The promotion applies to routes 1, 2, 11, 14, 17, 18, 25, 30 and is valid until the end of 2020.

Only 2 discounted rides are available per day. With the third or more cashback is not credited:

- in the application "My Beeline" scan the QR-code or enter the code in the section "Transport";

- or send an SMS with the transport code to 2505.

Transport code and QR code can be found on stickers inside the cabin.

Sending SMS is free.

• First, the full fare will be written off from your balance, then the amount of 10 tenge will be returned;

• Receive your e-ticket for travel by SMS;

• Only 2 discounted rides are available per day. With the third or more cashback is not credited;

• To pay for travel, the balance must be at least 91 tenge;

• The term of the action is from 01.10.20 to 31.12.20.

SMSBUS was introduced in Almaty in July 2016 with the support of the Akimat of Almaty in order to improve the quality of passenger transportation services.

Reasons why payments from the balance of Tele2 and Altel phones may not be processed:

  • - trust payment not repaid;
  • - there was no balance replenishment from the moment of purchase;
  • - the starting balance of 500 tenge is not used up;
  • - SIM card was replaced 24 hours before payment.
